Every person that was involved in my purchase was caring and considerate. I told them about someone was trying to get into my apartment and I needed a ring doorbell. After getting the run around on the online order, I went into the store and was reassured they would help me.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.everything is flawless, it works perfectly very user friendly. except for one of the most important things, why did they put the charger port on the very back of the ring camera, I could plug it in with a portable power adapter when needed for a day that's quite literally the worst design feature i have ever come across FOR THAT YOU WILL MOST CERTAINLY GET 1 STAR
