It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. Ring devices have a one-year limited warranty. We will cover your eligible device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use. In other words, if your device malfunctions during normal operation within its first year, then Ring will fix or replace your device as needed. Online it says generation 2 which I thought that clearly meant (RING 2) I was wrong but no worries I took it back and unfortunately they didn’t have (RING 2 $200.00) So I got the (RING 3 $200.00) which was the same pice as the (RING 2) If you are wondering how much the (RING GENERATION 2) was it was 100.00

I had purchased an extra battery because we charge/switch out batteries with our other video doorbell. Oh, well – my fault for not reading everything.
