Posted .Hi Shell. I understand the importance of being able to rely on your Video Doorbell to be notified when visitors are at your door. If your Doorbell is disconnecting from the internet, it could be due to the wifi signal. I'd suggest checking the RSSI on the Device Health page to start with. You can learn more about what the RSSI means and how to improve your wifi connection here: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Understanding-RSSI-and-Wifi-Signal-Strength.
