At first it wasn’t connecting to live view but weirdly over time it started connecting so just wait if it doesn’t work for you, or you can also use the rapid ring app which displays live view fine. Everything is great about, I use both the ring and rapid ring app for my ring door bell and floodlight pro. The only thing I wish this could improve on is the angling of the camera and able to at least adjust it from top and bottom.

It has been amazing so far. The neighborhood feature allows us to know important events going on in the local area.

It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. Ring devices have a one-year limited warranty. We will cover your eligible device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use.
