Great Video Doorbell

It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. Ring devices have a one-year limited warranty. We will cover your eligible device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use. In other words, if your device malfunctions during normal operation within its first year, then Ring will fix or replace your device as needed. She is a young adult and has made good use of this ring camera. She feels safe being home at night when she hears noises outside.

We bought our first one for the front door. It did everything we needed it to do, security camera with live feed! We bought the second one for our back door.

Or even when we are away from home. I also love that I'm able to view videos around the neighborhood, on my cell phone anytime. I"m thinking about purchasing more items that the Ring has to offer for my home.
