It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. Ring devices have a one-year limited warranty. We will cover your eligible device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use. In other words, if your device malfunctions during normal operation within its first year, then Ring will fix or replace your device as needed. Please refer to the Ring’s Limited Warranty for more details. We are saddened to read that this device did not meet your expectations but are still here to assist you. My doorbell wasn’t ringing and yesterday I bought the chimes. The salesman should have explained I needed to also purchase it. I now love this item and the doorbell is ringing.

It alerts us to deliveries and traffic near our home. It also gives us the opportunity to go live and see and hear activity at our door.
