But now that I upgraded to a new 4K TV, the salesman convinced me to "invest" in an upgraded HDMI cable. I used it for a couple of days and then I switched back to the old trusty HDMI cable. I couldn't see a bit a difference. Then I saw a very credible review on CNET of these high-end HDMI cables and became convinced that I didn't need it. Gamers might need it, but even that is sketchy. Therefore, I returned mine to the store and saved $25.00
