It didn't work - don't buy it

I took it back to Best Buy. They said it was activated at the time of purchase. We still haven't gotten it resolved. I don't blame Best Buy. I blame Sirius XM.

Gift for my husband

I don't like the way they force you to give them a credit card for renewal even though you prepaid. Also, they raise your rates to an astronomical amount after the year.
