Waste of $100. Code was not accepted. Tried with both cards I bought.

I bought a radio to use at the office and bought this card so that I would not have to associate a credit card with my account but I was told that they could only accept Visa, American express, or debit cards. I was told "My system does not have an option for prepaid service card". This was a complete waste of money since they would not accept it and I had scratched the number off in preparation to pay with it.

I wasted money buying this and a new radio for my truck. The radio never worked, and support never bothered to figure out why. Their answer was to buy another new radio (and Best Buy would not exchange it).
SiriusXM was awesome 10 years ago, now I would not recommend it even if everything is free.

sirius xm is the worst as they sell prepaid service cards, but they only work, if you give them a credit cards and I purchase 3, however one of the cards didn't work and the customer service is worthless

Sirius charges additional fees for setup of the service. So it is more than the price they quote for monthly service.

I was able to purchace at local Best Buy. I used it to turn on xm radio for my car. It took almost the whole card to activate and pay 1 month of mostly music . There is a fee that goes along with services. Make sure you buy a large enough card. 2nd month I put $30 on account which should be good for next 3 months. Don't let subscription expire on u have to pay to have it turned on again.

I am so happy that you sell the physical version of the SiriusXM gift cards in store. These are the perfect gift for a teenager who wants satellite radio without the hassle of having to submit a credit card.

When the time comes to renew my service these prepaid cards are always my first choice when it comes time to pay. Rather than typing in a credit card number and a host of other information one just has to type the digit number behind the card and your good to go. When calling in to renew it is advised to have the prepaid call added before or right after ending the call. Simply as for an invoice. If the balance is enough to cover the total amount due then no invoice will be generated and neither will a $2 fee be added. Wait too long to add the prepaid card and the invoice will begin to generate and later come in the mail with the added fee.
I only deduct one star because there used to be the option of buying these cards for e-mail delivery but those sold out a long time ago and have now been taken out of inventory. Because of this one has to plan ahead to make sure the timing is correct to avoid the invoice fee.
As for the service itself I find it is really good especially with the new app and web player update that allows High and Maximum audio quality settings. I'm glad for this because historically SXM has been known for low quality audio and I hope more are aware of this.

I bought this to hopefully avoid putting in my card info to keep them from automatically charging me when subscription expires. This does NOT work. Sirius XM forces you to enter a valid card that they can charge or you can not proceed on their website. These do work well and are easy to apply to your account however, and would make great gift for somebody you know that has a subscription to Sirius XM.I will most definitely be calling them before mine expires to shut it down if they don't agree to my terms/pricing. For no more than I can use it the service is not worth the full price they want to subscribe in my opinion.
