To many wires. Looks messy I would rather it be wireless divice

I bought this so I didnt have to rely on only the antenna but the signal is pretty choppy and cuts out quite a bit

This item is for newer satellite radio receivers than what i have; it wouldn't work with my vehicles antenna, nor would it attach to the satellite receiver i have (mine is probably at least 8yrs old). If you have an older receiver, this will not work for you.

This unit is ok. I have a slight interference noise on occasion. Not sure if it’s the unit or the geek squad installation. I may update this review after I go back to have it checked out. Otherwise it’s ok.

I ended up spending about 70 bucks on equipment that didn’t fit my vehicle. Drove 3000 miles and couldn’t use my portable satellite system. Disappointed!

I didn`t want this in my car, the geek installers put it there, and charged me for it. I bought the sirius 360L module, because it came blutooth connectable, so I didn`t need to connect with the FM radio, and I told them that before the install, but they didn`t seem to listen, I got the car back with the radio playing on FM, and was not happy.

The Best Buy salesperson took down my info- what kind of radio I had- and immediately had me buying this model. A week later, it arrived- not compatible with my radio. Sending it back was easy and painless, and refund was posted quickly. But check with Sirius/XM before purchasing, to make sure you are getting the right adapter, not the one that is "right" because Best Buy sells it.

Does what it claims to do....nothing more nothing less.

I live in the Phoenix Metro area and around here you can't find an FM channel that's not receiving some sort of signal. If your car stereo doesn't have an AUX jack (like mine) then you only have three option. Rely on the built-in FM transmitter on your Sirius radio, install a whole new deck with an AUX jack or install this relay. I chose to install the relay because there's nothing wrong with my deck and the relay only costs $30 bucks. It made a world of difference. Now when I'm driving around town, I don't have to switch FM stations every few miles. The sound is perfect and clear in any area at any time of day. Installation was incredibly simple. Once I got my console taken apart and removed the deck, it only took me about 5 minutes to install the unit and replace my deck. If you've ever removed a car radio before, you should be able to install this yourself. It was truly a piece of cake. This is a great product which does exactly what is advertised. Thanks for the easy and cheap solution Sirius!

Tried to get it to work right but the sound and static didn't change

I do not know what other reviewers are talking about when they said this unit made their sound come through quieter. The volume of my satelite radio is much louder after connecting this. The sound quality is finally the way it should be. This unit should come free with the satelite radio. The amount of static and interference I dealt with prior to installing this was horrible. I almost returned my Sirius radio until I found the FM Direct unit. Now the sound comes through perfectly. I could not be happier and it took about 10 minutes to install. This is a must have even if you have a slight amount of static.

This is a must for anyone who owns a sirius radio for the car. I installed my Sirus radio in my car and I got so much interference from other local stations trying to overpower the signal. I bought this direct adapter to hook it up directly to the car radio. so now it by passes the regular car radio antenna when the Sirius radio is on results are a much stronger signal, clearer sound with out any outside interference

For older car radios the SiriusXM - FM Direct Adapter works great! It is simple to install and provides static free listening when used in conjunction with a compatible SiriusXM - Radio. Not only would I recommend this to a friend, the one I just purchased was for a friend of mine. He had an Onyx Plus, but no adapter. He is a much happier camper now!

This is a perfect product with an excellent price. I bought one at first and went back and got three more. It is alot better than having cords all ove the front of the car and it is very simple to install. I highly recommend this product to all SiriusXm users and I promise you wont regret the purchase!

This product works beautifully! I am so very pleased with the efficiency and lack of loosing any radio signal no matter where or change in range. Best Buy Servicemen "Jessie & Andrew" installed this device with ease without causing any damage to car or dash in just a few minutes. We were so thankful the windshied did not have to be removed for installation. We wouldn't be without this device. Our neighbor purchased only the radio (to cut corners and save on expense) but looses signal when range changes during travel. We never loose our signal! This thing works great! It was easy to install as well. I didn't even use an adapter. I cut and sliced the wires in between my original antenna wire. And signal strength is amazing.

I could only use my Sirius system less than 1/2 the time due to static and lost signal. Now the sound quality rivals a CD; the signal is always strong; and, the installation at the Hamilton Ohio Best Buy was very professional. This is the best purchase I have made in quite some time.

The FM connector eliminates all outside interference and static the wireless FM system has. With the direct connect, I can set the satellite radio on one FM frequency and keep it there. I want to thank those who wrote great reviews on this product. They are all totally accurate. Some car radios will need an adapter in order to use this connector.

Install was pretty straight forward. Works better then the cassette adapter that I was using before. Better sound. Also allows music and Pandora on Iphone to be played through the radio.

My old XMFM1 died. So I upgraded to the XM Onyx. If your radio does not have an "AUX" input, you must have this adapter for your system to get the best sound. Installing the adapter was very simple. If your are not sure about taking your radio or dash area apart, Google it or check out You-Tube. I found step by step instructions and is was not too much of a hassle. Had my system all removed and installed in a hour or so. This adapter has a far better sound than the old one. No static problems at all. Make sure you locate a clear FM signal for your XM. It's the best 20 bucks you will spend for your system. Do not forget to tie up all the loose cables.
