I bought this for my dad for his birthday because he drives trucks and he absolutely loves it. Now he can keep up with his sports the news the latest music and talk shows while he's on the road.

The radio has a nice display and is quite compact, has exactly what I needed. Was easy to install.

If you are a Sirius subscriber the Onyx is a great addition for RV, second vehicles, at the cabin, or with your home system, to enjoy tunes without having to search for local stations in your genre.

This new unit is pretty good so far; but it took a while to update to all of the channels for my account. Had to call tech service a few times. But once it uploaded, haven't had any problems

Gets good signal and works great. I did not care for the length of the antenna cord, but I can see where it would be needed for larger/longer vehicles. For a car/sedan, it seems a little overkill on the length. I do like that I can take it from vehicle to vehicle. I also let the kids use it at times in their vehicle.

Been wanting one for a long time. Finally broke down and got one. Glad I did. I drive over an hour each way to work everyday and it helps to have several station to choose to help relax during traffic.

My wife spent all day looking a cars. XM was on our must have list. At the end of the day we drove off with the dream car that did not have it. Called the dealer and unless it come installed from the factory there is no way to add it. We got this unit and BB did the install as well. It was important that everything looked clean. Very happy with everything

I like my radio and the access it gives to all the channels but the albums don't show up like advertised and at times due to the fact the signal is weak and my radio don't work at times!!

SiriusXM - Onyx Plus Satellite Radio Receiver with PowerConnect Vehicle Kit - Black is nice for the price. It takes time to set up and you should opt for professional installation. Im still working out which stations I want to listen to as most play the same songs. The "Debbie Downer" is that I can't get traffic info for my location in Ohio. I really don't need to know that CA highways are backed up w/ an accident.

Easy to install and use. Great reception and great choices in music, sports and talk radio.

I love being able to go on road trips and not having to look for radio stations in different areas. I can choose the type of music or special interest station I like and I'm set.

I took a break from XM Radio for about 5 years and wasn't interested paying for radio anymore. My work now requires me to do 4+ hours of driving daily and most areas I drive to are remote with little to no cell phone coverage. (there goes my Pandora streaming) This where the XM Onyx radio comes in. I'm totally in love with this radio. The color screen is easy on the eyes, very easy to install, and the FM transmitter is very strong making listening very clear. I also love the "DVR" feature of being able to pause, rewind, and fast forward my music. I also bought another car kit for my personal vehicle as well as a home kit for my house. This allows me to use my radio in 3 other places with only one subscription. My only wish was that I would have purchased this radio sooner.

I pretty much don't listen to the car stereo anymore. The device was smaller than I expected which was nice. The option to connect to the car audio via the FM option or the aux cable is also nice. The only complaint I have about he device is actually with the vehicle mount. The base has come apart a few times just above where it sticks to the windshield and fallen. Otherwise it's been a great purchase
