Signal problems

Perfect Solution!

Had it professionally installed, set up was easy once the install was complete. Only complaint was the adhesive used to keep until in place. It would not stick, unit kept falling over. Velcro tape solve the problem. Unit was on sale, so it was a great deal.

Loss of signal at times

Stopped working after 25 days

It stopped turning on (not powering on at all) after 25 days - when I went to exchange it Best Buy told me to go speak with the manufacturer (because it was past 15 days) and the manufacturer told me it's under warranty and to go to Best Buy. Needless to say I'm a customer who just wanted a radio and instead got the old it's not our problem shoved in my face. I have to say I'm unhappy more with Best Buy on this one, I'm a loyal customer I purchased the radio from Best Buy and was treated like I was trying to beat them for a $50 radio when I've spent thousands, I just wanted an exchange for the same unit too . Sad
