    I am still working with Dell to fix this problem. They seem to know about it but after an hour and an assurance that the problem was fixed, it occurred again. I arranged for Dell to call me at a certain - they never did. Second arranged time - no call. Then they called the ONE night I was not home. Still waiting to see if they can fix the problem. If not, will need a refund.
