Posted .Please check your antenna installation. The antenna needs to be outside on the metal roof of the vehicle. be sure to place it in a location that is away from other antennas and not blocked by roof racks. The Onyx Plus has an antenna strength meeter in the settings menu you can check to make sure you are getting maximum signal. Note that placing the antenna inside the vehicle is not recommended and will result in little to no reception.

Half way through the trip, a quarter of the stations kept repeating a "station not available" recording. And stations kept going in and out whenever I was in either heavy wooded and/or high rock walls.

SiriusXM said it came with no special offers. Come to find out that offer is no good even.
