I like the radio but it's hard to get the stations to come in clear.

Would recommend trying to load through radio first

preset stations come in great and can move up and down with ease. BUT I there is a problem when I go to xm177 it gives up coming games only even if one is in progress on that channel --unplug and replug and game comes on

Before you purchase make sure you have a decent reception from the satellite. Why it works effortlessly in a vehicle but not at home I don't know. I am forever losing reception on it and its a pain to dial back in.

WE LIKE THE IDEA, BUT GEEK SQUAD HAS BEEN HERE SEVERAL TIMES AND WE STILL DON'T HAVE ALL FOUR CAMERAS ALL THE THE TIME. THERE HAVE BEEN TWO CAMERAS NOT WORKING FOR THE PAST WEEK!

We purchased this for in home and car. It just is not worth the money. My friend had one that worked great but it was about 2 years older, maybe they just suck now.

It was the worst thing in today knowledge of things it would not pick up signal and had a wire antenna should be a wireless one

this is my favorite radio that sirius xm has to offer. It is very easy to use.

I bought the XM Radio Vehicle Kit as a gift for my dad. I didn't realize the item had to be installed by a professional. The box should have made that clear.

If your car radio does not have a "Aux in" don't buy it. Unless your going to use it out side of town...

Higher cost than elsewhere, Systems searching for satilite constantly. Will re-think another Best Buy purchase again. I do enjoy the Sirius XM radio and the pause feature is nice. Being an over the road truck driver. The countless truck stop across the USA are much lower prices, they also offer bundle packaging with other products. The truck stops are more accessible for issues to be addressed real time.

Best Buy was good. Unfortunately Sirius XM was not good they were not going to back up the three free months to start and they wanted the lady that we got this for to have Internet and a credit card and she has neither these people at Sirius XM are messed up. But Best Buy did a great job and backed us up

If you ever drive with the back windows down. The sounds like your flying an helicopter. That is what this device sounded like. only drove for thirty minutes. And when I got home I still felt my head was in the helicopter. The controls were NOT driver friendly. Last thing the connection was spotty.

Since I purchased this as a gift, I honestly have no idea what to say about it. Hope it works just fine.

I was told by sales person that this product would work at home. It does not because it does not have a home antennea and does not connect to a wall electrical outlet. source- only a car lighter power source. I even paid another $39.00 in addition for an antenna and wall plug. The wall plug would not go into the back of the unit. It was a disaster.

Not what I expected, too much cables, Poor signal.

With cars and all the phones with sattelite radio now a days no need to buy this

We had purchased this for a motorhome and it wasn't appropriate because the antenna needs to be mounted outside the vehicle. This should be stated on the box and salespersons may want to be educated on this fact. We were told it would be just installing the receiver and that would be it. In reality, it is much more complicated than that.

Needed to replace my Sirius radio. Salesman sold me this one which was Sirius Xm. Not what I needed, salesman didn't know the difference even though I explained what I needed for my existing subscription. The store didn't have what I needed. I had to get directly from Sirius!

I bought this thinking I could use one receiver for home and in the car but they still get you with two bills because you need a doc for home and a dock for the car. outrageous prices at XM. this thing went back to the store immediately
