Only have had for 3 months. Was working fine till today! Completely shut down while playing and will not come back on. Now let's see how warranty will work. Stay tuned!

Bought this radio as Best Buy and other retailers list "HD Radio" in the specs of this unit, which was of great importance to me. After buying after market, retro-fitting harnesses and brackets and completing the install I find out to my dismay that this radio is in fact NOT a true HD Radio! Sony has misrepresented this unit to all of it's retailers. It only picks up the primary digital signal of a radio station (97.5 FM) It will NOT recognize all of the digital sub-stations on a frequency, e.g., 97.5-2, 97.5-3, etc... UI and control app are a big disappointment as well. - Returned!

The unit I received didn't have HD radio as advertised. The AM receiver doesn't work and neither does the phone. The worst part is Best Buy will not do anything to help. Just excuses

i returned it and upgraded what. thought, bought a kenwood i’m not happy with it at all!!! i had to wait a month for it to get installed by best buy!! because they kept ordering the wrong parts! the kenwood was installed on mother’s day, i went home and started to get familiar with the new head unit , it is satilite ready , but it doesn’t work or connect, even when i use pandora it takes forever to load ! not happy at all spend 300 dollars and i’m ready to though the head unit out the window , can return it because they took so long to install it !

Lasted two months and then static was all I heard. Took it out checked wiring still static. Not good.

Good choice I made buying this radio. I like how it light up with multiple colors.

The Bluetooth won’t stay connected to my IPhone 11 for some reason. It kinda makes the radio useless since that’s what I bought it for.

Doesn't let you change folders in usb mode! Wouldn't have bought it if I knew that!

The lights on the face flicker, on the third day the bluetooth stopped working, and the internal memory seems to be faulty. The user interface is terrible.

I would have preferred to pay about 60$ for it but it’s okay

Should have been told a time of purchase that the free insulation wasn't so free that I had to buy $150 wire harness for them to install it not going to pay that when I only bought the radio for $65 not to mention I drove 40 miles one way to get the stereo installed just to find that out

This was purchased for a car that doesn’t have Bluetooth. But it has very poor hearing capabilities. The background noise sounds like the wind blowing all the time. Not happy with it. Buy a better quality radio/Bluetooth. I don’t recommend it at all.

I got this for my old Toyota camry but there was so many issues with setting it up and and to many audio issues

The level of poor service and poor installation, just utterly insane. They wont fix what they do wrong and its been 3 months.

Beat Buy is Garage! When item was purchased it said free installation! They refused to install even with the Geek Squad 3 year protection plan.

This unit was not what it appeared to be in the pictures. The actual display screen is small. Could not return or exchange the item.

Not good save money for something better like a kenwood or pioneer
