A fully capable receiver with a few drawbacks. The daytime display is very dim and cannot be made brighter. It is difficult to see. Also, the interface is complicated and confusing. It cannot be adjusted while driving. The radio does a lot but it's very hard to access these features easily. Sound is good though.

Everything that I expected from a Sony product!! I put my complete trust in any product that I purchase from Best Buy because they have a perfect track record for quality. I can depend on Best Buy to deliver non damaged items that are guaranteed to have all the listed components. Always a pleasure doing business with Best Buy.

Small screen, difficult to navigate through, good sound

Good price for solid product. Also had it installed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bought speakers too I installed myself. They were missing screws, install guys were happy to send several screws home without question, and were apologetic without need! Great experience!

Works good. Not a fan of the rotating light colors. Would like to fix on one color.

Great stereo. Does everything you would need but play CDs and Video.

I don't fault the item but the person I ordered from didn't consult the installers, so I accidentally got the wrong kit for installation. They managed to make it work, but unfortunately the right speaker has occasional choppy sounds.

The settings on how to adjust or sync the stations or using the hourly time function is very challenging. Could have been made a lot simpler.

Sirius XM, Pandora are only accessible if you purchase additional items.

I liked the radio itself but it had to be wired with both the yellow and red wire to constant power. It would have to be manually turned off, instead of shutting off when the truck was turned off. The power issues were a no-go for me. Best buy accepted the return with no problem though so no complaint there.

I found that the audio would dim and sound like it was underwater. It didn't happen all the time but very often it would happen. I messed around with every preset and everything and it still did it and just didn't sound very good.

Won't connect to Bluetooth, can't dismiss demo mode, even though it's confirmed everything is hooked up properly. I'm not impressed.
