Does not support DVD as the search filter lead me to believe. It doesn't even have a cd port or video output. This was supposed to be a dvd player for my toy hauler on my up coming camping trip.

I had bought this radio for my 2014 Dodge Avenger and to go from a factory radio that I had replaced twice I had wished then I had done that then. Best Buy of Evansville was so great to work with and they were very good on the Install. This little radio has great options and sound for the price. I would very much recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an after market radio for their vehicle. I don't have a sound system in the car just the setup from the factory. I would highly recommend this to a friend. The nice thing is it fit into my dash just perfect. I was surprised to find out it was a little smaller than my factory radio but it offered more features than my factory radio did. Overall I give it a great review. Thanks Best Buy of Evansville, Indiana.

I actually bought 3 months ago to replace the Monsoon system in my Volkswagen Passat, took me this long to get the old one out and to get the accessories needed to install it. This stereo sounds incredible, and it linked up easily with my Sony NW-A45 Series MP3 player and my cellphone. There was almost no set up involved, radio stations came right in, just save your 6 favorites by pressing and holding the number button. The display has multiple colors to choose from, or you can just let it cycle through all of them. And I caught it on sale for $65.00, best money I've ever spent. If you're looking for a solid and quality aftermarket car stereo you can't beat this, just make sure you have the proper installation kit, wiring harness and removal tools if you're DIY.

Just upgraded my stock cd player / tape deck / radio in my 2001 Toyota Camry. I got tired of using a radio receiver to play songs from my phone. I don't have a backup camera, i don't really like touch screens, and I wanted a volume knob. Mostly I wanted a device that connects easily with Bluetooth since I have horrible luck with my usb ports on my phone breaking. This stereo delivers on everything that I want from it. Bluetooth was easy to set up and connects automatically within several seconds of turning on the car. The stereo sounds great, much better than the original. There are plenty of buttons that are intuitive to use. And the colors do make the stereo look really cool. The brightness can be adjusted for the display and I have no problem reading it in bright sunlight. I got this installed a week ago but wish I'd done it ages ago. 10/10, would totally recommend.

Excellent sound and build quality. The screen is bright enough to see on a sunny day with sunglasses on. Also the physical buttons make it easy to navigate safer when driving. I have used the USB playback feature to play .flac music files and saves the spot you were listening on the USB drive. Bluetooth works great and connects in seconds. Dimmer feature is perfect for night drives.

Just needed to upgrade the stereo in my 08 Jeep Liberty to have Bluetooth. This unit looks great and sounds awesome with the existing stick speakers. Bluetooth works great as well. Phone calls are clear. It is also simple to operate which was a big plus for me! Definitely recommend.

2007 Ford Escape - Good sound and fit perfectly

defiantly need to buy the wiring and mounting kit for the radio. it wasn't hard to install in my 2007 Ford Escape. The radio looks great, like the ability to change the colors of the lights, in another review it said the display was hard to see in the bright light, they were right. Its an issue in bright light, that said I don't usually look at the display when I'm driving. most everything is somewhat straight forward. Bluetooth hands free feature is what I really bought the radio for and it works great, I'm told that it is very clear and minimum noise when driving. I also like the feature to connect two Bluetooth devices to the unit I have my Iphone and my android phone both connected and it makes it easy to move between the two, work and personal. It is a good value and meets my needs.

For the price this deck is definitely worth it. The various colors are super nice. Bluetooth works well, you can browse the decks features fairly quickly without going through the owners manual. Sound quality is good I personally like a little more treble in my music. That’s the only reason I don’t give it a 5 star rating.

I love this stereo for so many reasons... 1. I can put a usb drive to listen for songs 2.chabging color effects based on music 3.Remote 4.Music center app, help configure and maintain the stereo. 5. Dual bluetooth helps both driver n passenger to be connected 6. Mic (mic) is good and hands free calling. 7. Calls come through bluetooth even though the usb drive is playing music. Cons 1.when playing music through usb drive, maps navigation audio doesn't play thro stereo while driving and phone connected to bluetooth. Tip: use fat32 file system on the usb drive for storing songs...max of 256 items within a folder. Bought this on during a sale and the installation was free, had to purchase additional parts..best buy price match in those parts.

This is a great head unit at a great price. I only replaced my old HU because it didn't have bluetooth. It was a shame because the old radio was excellent but I really needed the bluetooth. Finding this Sony was a stroke of luck. It was an easy installation. it looks great, sounds great and has blue tooth. The only negative is, you really do have to read the instruction book. Even with the book the controls are not very intuitive, so there is a definite learning curve. But for the price, you're getting a great deal because the sound is excellent.

Updating a 22 year old radio is great! Love the great features...hands free calling, bluetooth for my music, colorful dial, etc etc, BUT the best thing was BB's install tech Nick! 10 stars. So helpful before, during and after the install. Came to the car and explained all the features. And for my 2000 Lincoln, you have to remove pretty much half the dashboard to get to the radio. He took such great care, you would never know this wasn't original equipment. Great item and even better service!

It was a gift.. It sounds great and connects with no problem with my Galaxy S9 However, When I arrived for the install there were some surprises that my wife didn't know about when she bought it for me. Make sure you have any installation kits (mounting, wiring etc) that you may need. (It's likely you will) Also if you're buying this for Sirius XM radio. This is Sirius "Ready" Meaning you will either need service on your mobile phone, or purchase (if you don't already have) a Sirius Receiver

    Bluetooth 3.0 sux

This is the first time I have been let down by both Sony and Best Buy and has now caused my Fiance and I a problematic situation. Best Buy online staff listed this headunit as playing DVDs, having a rear USB input, having Android Auto and being Sirius ready. All completely false. (Need to buy Sirius tuner kit). Then the salesman in the store backed up all the online misinformation. If that wasn't enough Sony added to the problem by giving this unit Bluetooth 3.0 making sound quality via BT very poor and takes a few minutes to connect with any modern device running 5.anything Also the display is absurdly dim and cannot be viewed during daylight hours. Additional problems include the subwoofer output crossover options of 80,100,120hz LP cannot be switched off and they must be 3db per octave slope because i can hear test tones of 140hz on the 80hz setting through my subs that SHOULD NEVER PLAY ABOVE 80HZ for their survival and pulls localisation to the rear. The hp on the front and rear outputs same problem just opposite, even at 120hz hp my 6.5" Morels are playing low bass. At least the hp can be turned off and can use my Alpines hp crossover. For the bass i have to use the lp of the Sony and the lp of my D4S JP23. Also for some reason Sony decided to common ground the Rca ground shields with the radio ground blk wire and the chassis. If your amps have floating Rca ground shields your gonna have fun with engine noise. Had to ground and power the Sony from the single point ground at the amps as well as modify both my amplifiers to safely bridge their Rca ground sheild to their power supply gnd. And there is still a faint hum even after leaving the antenna unplugged and rubber insulating the chassis from the iso mounts preventing another gnd loop. I bought this nightmare over 15 days ago for my Girls car and she hates it. The whole system she wants out. If BestBuy would give me some sort of credit for an Alpine or Kenwood she would love ❤️ it.

This product is great. Was very easy to install, very easy to navigate the options. My only complaint is the screen is pretty dim, even at the highest setting. With the panel being very shiny it can be a bit annoying. Overall recommend. 9.5/10
