The install itself went great... However, she had an 8am appointment, went there, waited outside for them to open, and was told that the parts were not in yet and to try again in a few days. They called 3 days later and she was able to get it done. Weak customer support. If it wasn't available, a simple email, phone call or text could have saved her a wasted morning and the aggravation.

Great Car cd player

Now I can play mp3 cds, Bluetooth connect my phone. The only thing I was disappointed was, the default installation doesn’t connect with the audio controls on the steering wheel. You have to pay additional money.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.THE RADIO IS GREAT, HOWEVER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN WE CAME BACK TO GET IT INSTALLED WAS HORRIBLE, THE GENTLEMAN ACTED AS IT WAS SUCH AN INCONVIENANCE TO HELP US OR ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND KEPT WALKING AWAY IN THE MIDDLE OF US TALKING TO HIM TO TALK TO ANOTHER WORKER.
