Updated my truck sound system. All the bells n whistles, + a remote.

Needed an inexpensive car audio player to replace the one in my 2005 Nissan Sentra. This one, at its sale price of $89 installed, fit the bill. Bought is on-line, set up the installation appointment, and bought it. Installation took about an hour. The tech went over how the unit operated and helped me connect to Bluetooth with my iPhone. This Sony is pretty easy to use, and once connected, the Bluetooth connects automatically with my phone to play my iTunes library. FM stations set easily and with precision. I can even make and receive phone calls. Plus it sounds great. Thank goodness for the included manual, as I needed it to make final adjustments. But once I got the hang of how the Sony operates I was home free. And despite the ad saying you can adjust the color (you can't - you only get blue), the dimmer makes it unobtrusive. Not at all bad for $89. Plenty of power too.

Perfect fit for my 1983 Mustang GT. Great sound and great bass for an older car. Bluetooth is the way to go and having a CD player, over the top.

Works Like a charm nice sound. Once you get used to the button then knowing what option to use becomes easy. USB helps to charm while in use for some play or apply play. AUX works and can use Apple Play. On the Radio, you have 18 stations pre-set. Install on a 2015 Jeep Patriot but I needed to buy a wire harness kit that Included extra power wire for Car and Antenna.

Excellent Sound Quality, Easy To Use And The Remote Is Awesome . USB Port Comes In Handy , CD Player Is Very Easy To Load And Retrieve Discs . Bluetooth Is Clear And Volume Easy To Adjust.

Works well but takes time to figure out how to properly operate all of the features due to abbreviated and nebulous naming of the buttons. Installed in my 2001 Jeep Wrangler it sounds great with the subwoofer kicking in the console.

Excellent receiver! I love and always have loved Sony Products and this latest buy only adds the cherry on top. If you are worried about volume capacity, dont worry! This thing gets LOUD!!! The Bass is also superb, Bluetooth is awesome.....and best of all is that you wont break the bank with this. Do not hesitate to buy! I put it in my 95 camry LE. Flawless!!!

so far so good. really for the sound & able to play my cd's w/o freezing or constantly ejecting them like my old original one. yay. the only little thing, is that the display and clock are hard to see during the daytime. it is also a bit picky when trying to place the "cover" back into console. these things i don't really mind, just being able to have a working cd player that will play modern cd's is great.

Pretty much a plug and play fit right into the dash and sounds amazing with stock speakers

I use this head unit in my 2005 ford focus, it definitely works as a head unit. Good price, and great with my aftermarket speakers, though I dont use an amp in this vehicle. I wish I could change a few things about the display, though most of it is from being a single din head unit, and have it continue displaying even when it is paused, but overall it works as a head unit

Great sound Sony is known for. Bass boost is nice, especially for classical nusic. Easier to find and read station memory buttons than most other radios. Happy with the convient and quick Geek Squad installation too! The only discepency was the installation really is free when you buy the equipment from Best Buy, but the posted online installation information shows a cost.

Great player that allows for hands free calls in the vehicle. Has both FM & AM with the ability to program lots of channels, and the CD player works great. There are lots of features, and I'm still working through those because all I really wanted was anew CD player in my truck- the rest have been bonuses. The only thing that keeps me from giving this 5 stars is that it goes into demo or ad mode (showing what it does on the screen) after it plays for a while. It might be me and I haven't figured out how to get that to stop (besides pushing the display button on the remote).

Sony in dsh cd/dm receiver is a great receiver with many of the features of the expensive models at a very affordable price. Has great sound and easy to navigate and operate. Has bluetooth and an aux connection for all my connections. The detachable face makes it safe from theft which is also great Just a great Buy

My 2012 Grand Caravan's AM/FM CD radio died, was replaced and died again. I did not have or want a touch screen The sound is pretty good. I still have the factory speakers and it did not have a subwoofer. I paid the extra to get the PAC - Radio Replacement and Steering Wheel Control Interface for Select Chrysler (Model:RP4-CH11 SKU:6449797 ) (cost more than the stereo!) so I could use the steering wheel controls. Vol up, previous track and next, source, and answer phone. Oddly enough the wire colors for the stereo matched up with the ones in the kit. For the phone, you'll have to use the mic that comes with the deck. Not a perfect solution but woks OK. To mount it I used the Metra - Dash Kit for Select 2007-2020 Model:99-6511BB SKU:8716124. Lots of left over pieces but it was a good fit. There is a small cubby under the stereo to make up the size difference. I was able to route the mic connection through there and clip it just below the stereo. An attenna adapter was needed but was out of stock at Best Buy. It was in my cart for pick up and I got an email saying my order was canceled. (Amazon to the rescue). If I remember correctly I connected it to the whire colored connecter in the van. I purchased a short right angled USB adapter cable so I wouldn’t have a USB drive sticking out of the dash. It fits right in the cubby. I was worried it would catch on something and break.

I needed a replacement for the oem cd player/ stereo in my car. I wanted it to sound better than the one that came in my car and it definitely does. Nice extra bass and EQ settings. Has a CD player which I wanted and many settings for Bluetooth and pandora to hook up your phone. Easy to set up and sounds great! Im happy!

Needed a Radio for my Jeep Liberty and this one was such an easy set up that I did it on my own. The sound is better than the stick radio and the Bluetooth feature works flawlessly. Would recommend to anyone wanting a simple Radio that packs a punch.
