Very happy overall, Sony radio reception outshines most others. With antenna, Metro DIN kit & harness adaptor, install was a breeze in my 2004 Silverado 1500, plus I got a bonus "cubby" for phone and wallet (now I think I need new speakers ;))

I have tried to contact the store but have had no luck. That is the only problem I have but it is a serious one .If someone from Best Buy reads this review maybe you could reach out Thanks

Everyone involved with this install has been wonderful and helpful. I cant wait for making this happen. The only drawback is that it took a month for a date to install. I am very pleased so far.

Great bluetooth connection with mic for all phone types (android and overpriced rotten apples). Free install was a great plus and done quickly and professionally. If I am still poor when I need another one, I would buy this again.

We had to exchange for a different radio product and had no problem doing that. The Sony product quality is excellent, however, the controls have so many options and are so sensitive that there is a 'steep learning curve' when operating the radio.
