Item was obviously an open box item with a damaged box and items clinking around inside with missing parts. 2 hr wait for customer service to call back so I drove to a local store for the return/ exchange but none in stock. Was going to install this radio on the same day but now have to wait and hope that the second order is not an open box. Received a return call from customer service and since I had returned the item at the store they could not help me any further. Requested a supervisor to call and no return call received. Needless to say I canceled my order on my new Dryer that was on its way and plan on closing my account. Guess Lowes needs my money more than Best Buy.

I believe that the product is good but can't tell as I have not been able to install it as not all best buy installation departments are open. Purchasing the car radio through BB gives one free installation at BB, but can't get any scheduled less than an hours drive away.

Is just an updated version of the stereo I had before but it does what it says

My OEM radio went out and I bought this to replace it. People told me that modern radio units sounded better than my old radio unit, even the affordable ones. I like that it has a CD player, but the sound quality was a downgrade.

Slim pickings for single din radios these days. But great radio none the less.

Because have more than windows10 and is very easy to use. And sincronization with the smartphone.

I love this radio/CD player. It is well worth the price and installation fee.

Easy to install. Had the options I wanted in a udated stero.

It looks nice, however all Best Buy did was install it, and played a CD, I had to buy magnifying glass to read instructions on how to set clock and still have trouble playing radio.

In the specifications it says that you are able to change the display color. This is false. You can only adjust the brightness. I do not understand how this simple adjustment is now only available on higher models. The only colors are a white display and blue buttons. The menus are not easy to navigate. Also you can not turn off the beeping that this unit does when the key is turned to the off position.

I purchased this radio because it delivers more power to the speakers without using a booster and that it does. I didn't realize that this radio does not have a CD player and I am disappointed. The radio is more expensive than standard and should have a CD player for the price paid.

It’s ok. Best Buy keeps bothering me to do a review for them so I’ll just say it’s ok.

I needed a new stereo for my car. This is a great purchase.

It has nice features but when I got it home I found that it only supports one amplifier and I have two. Had to return it.
