Way too complicated to perform basic functions. Always switching to "demo mode"?! Nothing is intuitive and my wife is not happy. To be fair, it sounds great.

Not a good deal

The bad: Can't read the display in direct sunlight (even with the brightness turned all the way up). Car started to occasionally stall after install. Less than a year later, the car wouldn't start. Started later, but the radio is dead. Can only remember 2 phones via Bluetooth.

Caution, may be hard to operate!

Does a lot because of new technology, however it is very easy to hit a wrong button and you are screwed! Once you lose the sound, good luck figuring out how to get it back. I hate this unit! Give me an old fashioned unit that is easier to operate. Sorry to give a negative review because I love most Sony products and have been a loyal Sony product user for over forty years. .Better take a course in how to operate this unit if you buy it.

HUGE disappointment

The Bluetooth is VERY difficult to connect to, and it doesn't autoconnect when you get back in car. I can't get it to work for phone calls at all.

Therefore, Im completely dissatisfied with the entire experience. If your not able to use the product you bought due to incompleted work on Best Buy's part...your not able to give the product purchased any type of review.
