Good radio missing parts

When I brought this problem to the attention of the store, they were dismissive and of no help. I would not buy this radio again and I absolutely would not buy from BestBuy again.

Stick to pioneer!

I was warned by the Best Buy installation team that this stereo wasn’t their favorite. I took a chance since I got it on a Black Friday deal that I could no longer receive...I definitely regret that. When you are connected to Bluetooth music, the songs will begin to randomly speed up. When plugged into USB, this doesn’t happen, so I know it’s the stereo. The Bluetooth phone feature has now completely stopped working properly. My phone will randomly connect and then won’t work the next phone call. People have told me it sounds as if all my windows are down when talking on the phone with Bluetooth and it’s extremely hard to hear me speak. I was warned by the amazing installation team and should have listened! I’ve had this stereo for only a year. Such a bummer and waste.

Terrible

I had to hunt down people to buy this item. Then still took 20 mins get the item and to purchase it. On top of that the stero I bought for my vehicle, the head unit wouldn't attach or work. Went to turn in the item and once again bunch of teenagers who don't want to work or help a customer.
