Great if you don’t have a second tv to play your ps5 on. It sometimes has connectivity issues, but other than that it works smooth.

I truly love this thing! I travel from time to time and it helps fill the boring hours spent in hotels. I have never had a strong enough wifi signal to play games like COD 6, or GTA 5, but playing slow paced single player games like FS25 is enough for me.

I think this is a pretty good device. Obviously, it’s not as free as a regular handheld device. But, if you want a handheld PC, then buy a handheld PC! What this device is meant for, it does really easy and conveniently. It’s a remote play device! Yes, you can use your phone, tablet, computer, Steam Deck, etc. They all work well enough. You can even connect a Dual Sense to those devices. This device just makes it easier and has everything you need built in. Biggest con is you need a decent wifi connection for the smoothest experience.

This device is great overall but literally you need a ps5 and it just like having a fancy controller with its own screen, it won’t work if your are using the ps5 can’t used it at the same time.

I'll put it like this.... Yes you can play your PS5 in front of your TV no problem, but if you are feeling adventurous and want to game in the bed, in the backyard, on the front porch, at your hotel room with Wi-Fi hotspot, at your friends or family's house when you're on vacation or visiting, at work on break or lunch, and want that good PS5 playing experience... You better pick one of these up and thank me later. Do your research on the optimal settings on your PS5 console for playing on the portal for the ultimate experience because that weighs in as well.

The PlayStation Portal introduces a brand new way to play your PlayStation 5 games whenever you may be sharing your TV with others in your household. The Portal comes with a pretty decent sized screen which allows you to get a better view of all of your favorite games. My favorite part about it is that it carries over all of the dual sense features that you would normally have in the dualsense controller. I would highly recommend this if your console is hooked up via an ethernet and/or your house provides excellent bandwidth if running via Wi-Fi. The portal does not contain any internals that boost the performance so for anyone thinking about buying this product I would say test PS remote play on your mobile device first.

Awesome device for playing when you have a family and the TV might not always be available. Plays well, although online play does not play too well, single player games play as good as they should. Definitely recommend if you have to make time to play with how busy life can get.

If u have the money it’s cool, honestly not much u can do besides remote play/ you need a 180$ subscription without remote play, just not that worth it tbh

It’s perfect for my needs. I just wish it was an independent portable system. It is a great way to remote play using your ps 5.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. The recipient said it would be great if the portal cam be connected to the PS5 network without having the main console on. They also noticed that the portal constantly lost connection to their wifi even when their in close proximity to the router. Overall they enjoyed their gift.

I can now utilize my PS5 from any room in my house and from any location with a solid WIFI connection. UNREAL!

Being able to stream PS Plus games makes the portal a lot more useful. Quality is top notch.

Wonderful extension to the PlayStation 5. If you have an internet connection with low latency this is a wonderful addition. It can only stream games although some games are unable to stream due to the mirroring function this operates on. However those were indie games from the PS market. Best investment for my spouse and myself. She needs glasses normally so the size of the screen allows her to play games at the comfort of her own eyes, however the weight of the system can begin to wear in your wrist if you support the handheld with your arms or unsupported.

The nice thing about this device that is work with game streaming from ps plus services, the price is beast
