love it the best way to stay connected to my games even when im on the road

Works great and I use it all the time because the tv I have my PS5 hooked up to is the prinary tv for the house. I do have a few issues. 1. You can’t change profiles easily, you have to sign out of your account on the portal and sign into another. 2. You can’t watch videos on it. I wouldn’t have expected this to be a problem but some games have cutscenes or short scenes that can’t be viewed on the portal. 3. Accessory options, I’d like a case and a screen protector or maybe a clip on power bank made for the portal but there aren’t many options. The few options i did find aren’t official.

I actually returned my PlayStation Portal originally. It couldn’t hold a connection at all. However, several months later, I heard that ver. 4.0 made huge improvements on its stability. I re-purchased to try again, and it has been working magnificently! I’ve greatly enjoyed my Portal and use it all the time.

Any review complaining about connectivity or latency issues and all due to an incorrectly configured network. With my PS5 hardwired via ethernet to my modem, and high quality router, and a low number of devices connected to my network’s 5 ghz band, this device is flawless. I love to game, but also don’t want to be cooped up in my office all the time. I can sit in the living room, be around my family, have some background TV on, and pop onto my PS Portal to play some games when we are all winding down. Extremely satisfied with this device. It’s lightweight, nice battery life, and a beautiful screen.

Had ni issues with controller and help alot especially when you have other member that want to use the tv and you still want to play

Has its little issues, but over all great. Makes playing on the couch while partner watches TV a breeze

I mostly had been playing more cozy games laying in bed at night with my Nintendo Switch but I wanted to start playing my PS5 again. I picked this up and I’ve been so happy with it! It feels nice and looks nice and works well! I alternate my two handhelds nightly now.

I know there's alot of bad reviews but i can say my husband loves it. He was happy with his gift. Great graphics and the streaming makes it wonderful to play, no lagging. Would definitely recommend.

I wanted this thing for a while. So happy it became in stock and I was able to purchase one. Ever since it arrived, I have played on the portal 100% of the time. I prefer playing handheld on this large beautiful screen. TVs give me a headache so playing on the portal has allowed me to play my games more often. I can finally forsee myself getting through my backlog. This is a must but product if you own the ps5 and want to play handheld. I haven’t had any connection issues while playing. I use T-Mobile home internet.

Exactly what it is, works well. Everyone once and awhile though my PS doesn't wanna respond but more than likely thats due to slow interent where I am or an issue with the house

I really love the PlayStation Portal. I feel it's very underrated. You can stream games without a PlayStation which is priceless. The screen size is great and so is the audio. It's a great device and I hope Sony continues to show support.

Full price is not worth it. Need excellent Internet connection to run smoothly. The lack of Bluetooth is annoying for on the go but again, it will not work unless your internet is great. Little to no issues when playing on same network as ps5

This I a great system. Works flawlessly but it is hard to play certain games just due to the screen size. However to even have the option to play on the go is awesome so I’d say it’s a great product overall. Connects no problem with my console at home regardless of where I am which is a game changer. Very pleased!

The PlayStation Portal has been one of my most favorite and best purchases I’ve had in recent years. The quality of the portals mechanics and game play is magnificent and easy to enjoy. On top of it all, the PlayStation portal is only $200, cannot beat that.

This thing gets a lot of hate online becuase it is WiFi only, but I gotta say, it's awesome. I don't always want to go upstairs and get in my game room. Sometimes I just want to sit on the couch downstairs and put in a quick session. This is superb for that. I've taken it on trips, too, and it works amazingly well in a hotel room. Well worth the money.

Sleek design. Good gaming console but if you have a good internet connection, if not there will be seconds delay in your game.
