I purchased this PlayStation remote for my Grandson’s 8th Birthday! And it was a Hit! He plays it everyday. He told me I am the Best Grandma Ever! And the young man that helped me was Absolutely Wonderful! I will definitely shop here again !

The PlayStation portal isn't perfect, however, it definitely satisfies a specific niche. Make sure you test remote play on your phone first before you purchase this. That performance (due to your WiFi) is gonna be close to what you achieve on the PlayStation Portal.

Great for on the go gaming plenty of games to play

This is the second one i purchases my oldest enjoyed it so much that i had to have another for my youngest it came right on time and i love that about best buy

When I first purchased I had major lag issues. I’ve upgraded my routers and now have 1gbps line so it works better. Battery life is ok, not better than the Nintendo switch. Screen is amazing and controls are superb.

Makes it so convenient to access your games anywhere

Comes in handy if someone else is utilizing the t.v you want to game on . Reaction time is great,It also has a nice big screen

Really nice to have when traveling. As long as you have wifi you're good. Gameplay depends on how good your connection is. Screen is pretty decent quality. Having full dual sense controls is nice making any game playable on the go.

The system itself worked great and was mostly intuitive to set up and connect to the PS5, but I wouldn’t recommend unless your PS5 console is directly connected to your internet router. The Portal couldn’t maintain a high-speed connection on my WiFi and I eventually had to return it since I couldn’t play it around the house, defeating the purpose.

Thank you to the online agent in the chat that made this possible. My son is having a merry Christmas vacation with his PS portal. The portal is everything as advertised and then some. Really hard to get so like i said so thankful to the BestBuy team for making it possible.

Literally play it every night before be a little too much but definitely recommend

Your milagr may vary but in my experience I get a console quality gaming experience 90% of the time. The other 10% is very laggy and basically unplayable. Still happy with the PS Portal overall and prefer to play on it compared to a laptop or phone.

I bring this everywhere! I love being able to play my games on my ps5 anywhere I go. I often go to the lake and this has been great to bring for the rainy days where you’re stuck inside. Highly recommend!

The Portal has made it so easy for me to game anywhere (as long as I have a good wi-fi connection) and can have great parallel time with my partner.

Worth the price if you often find yourself sharing a screen with your children or your Mrs./Mr. Purely a remote play device, the quality on performance, image quality, and latency are excellent.

I experience zero lag with the Portal after connecting my PS5 directly to my wifi with a cat6a (75ft). The price is right for what it does. My only complaint is Sony's gaming division, once again, making things unnecessarily difficult to charge.
