I've had some instances of micro-lag while playing fast moving/sports games. Other than that its worked really well around the house when I don't have access to the TV.

Make sure you have solid wifi - there is a little bit of lag with soulslike games that can be the difference between winning and losing...

I have been pleasantly surprised how good this device is. I have gigabit internet, so my connection has been excellent, and I have really not seen any noticeable lag.
