the idea of this item is amazing. however the outcome was not. we have pretty dang good internet...and it freezes and drops games all the time. absolute waste of money. has sat for months collecting dust.

I thought the system was gonna be awesome but I couldn't get it to stay connected to my PS5 or my Internet even after getting help from support.

I like it a lot but without a good WiFi connection it is useless

Well, I will be returning item because it does not work on Wi-Fi that I do not already have at home. So the point of getting this device is so that I can travel with it and since I cannot use it on my hotspot or on other Wi-Fi, it makes this item pointless.

It works better than using the PS remote play app it has a direct connection to your ps5

I got the Playstation Portal to try and play my 1 player games while my wife watches TV. It was hard to stream TV service, the Portal, and the Playstation 5 on as well as our devices. The Portal would lose quality at times and have lag spikes. Maybe for leaving your house and playing games the Portal will be better. And i have 1GB of Verizon Fios so should have been enough, but i returned it.

It’s nice if you want to play PS5 games hand held, only wish Bluetooth was more stable

Sold out everywhere but was able to snag one , didn’t try it yet but I am sure it’s good .

I love playstation but they need to make a patch so we can play out PSP games here ASAP

It was alright when I went in the store I couldn’t find it but when I was checking out I seen it I went in looking for this product sad part is that it was not a mobile game thing u can’t take it outside ur house

Bought this for my son. Hes at boarding school and his playstation is home. He hoped he could use the portal to play away from home but that was not the case. Wont even connect to wifi. Wish i would've read the reviews before i purchased this 200$ brick.

If youre a Dad where your 2 year old hogs the TV then this item is deff for you. I highly recommend it

The best way to remote play your PS5. Very ergonomic and light weight with almost no drop in quality.
