I don’t like it due to latency in online games like call of duty also i played offline game and it the same issue so it not work for me

bought it and it was trash kept disconecting and the visuals was choppy after one day i returned it dont waste your money not worth it

Bad products ever of Sony. The game keep lagging and picture is flurry all the time even I have 1Gb Wifi. Dont recommend it.

I had to return it twice, I felt like a I got bad ones because my brother has it and it works great for him

Can’t use it while someone’s using the PlayStation can only use it on Wi-Fi. Better off getting a $200 monitor

Works good in single player game does have a very little latency amd a bit expensive for what it does

Terrible terrible serivce, I was told lies and your customer service agents just told me stuff to pacify me when nothing got done right accept the refund. My purchase was sent to a random incorrect address and I was told multiple times I would get my package, the PlayStation portable shipped to my correct address in Philadelphia and it was sent to Illinois. Terrible service and will never buy from Best Buy ever again. The customer service agent must of sent my package to himself because I purchased it through invoice.

I bought it as a gift for my son he opened it tried to play his game. He said that the game was lagging a lot, so it was returned.

Would not recommend wait for an actual switch like Sony portable. Have had bad visual quality and alot of stuttering on very good internet.

60hz screen is horrid, very laggy and delayed. youre better off waiting for a newer version to release with 120hz. Just glad i was able to return it

Returned it not worth it for me. Getting old and my near sighted is more the issue.

Super laggy all the time but even worse out of the house, wish it was a true portable having to be remote play to the ps sucks

Within five minutes of turning it on it freezes, glitches, cuts off and sounds distorted.

Have not been able to sync with the PS5 so have not been able to play

Horrible freezes and lags unless you are next to router

Has a big delay on the gaming experience and always give problems about connectivity.

Con: Super slow, lag a lot Pro: light weight and easy to use
