You need good wifi to enjoy it the playstation portable.

Very cool little device, updated to no longer need a PS5 to operate but the cloud streaming is in beta so you'll only have a small selection of games to stream. Screen is beautiful despite being 1080p and no hdr support. Not a portable PS5 but still pretty neat.

Best choice I’ve made. Love how we can travel with it and still be able to play the games we love. Kids love it also.

Excellent device. A must if you’re having to share the TV. A bonus if you have PS plus premium and play streamed games from anywhere. If it can be helped, make sure to have your PS5 hardwired to your router/modem. Happy gaming!

PlayStation Portal is a great add-on device for the PS5. Usability is limited to high speed internet connections which can make for lackluster gameplay in random hotspots. The 8 1/2 inch screen delivers a sensational visual experience but the distance between hand grips is too far for a comfortable hand position.

I was a little disappointed at first. I purchased it and went on the road 2 day later. I did a quick setup but not a complete setup as i should've. I had no gaming for that entire week. I returned home to return the Portal, but decided to check myself. Luckily i did. Bad programming on my part. The system works great. Its like having my PS5 with me at all times. Great buy.

With the introduction of game streaming with out the ps5 to actually be on, this was a fun to have around when youre out and about.

The only thing I dislike about this product is you really need a strong internet for it to work

One of the best purchases i have made. This makes it a lot easier to lay in bed next to the wife and get some gaming in. The streaming is great and i find my self playing more games.

This is an amazing little device that's well worth the $200. It's not as feature rich as the Steam Deck or other hand-helds, but again, the price reflects that. It feels great in the hands, I have zero lag and if you want to play PS5 while someone else takes over the TV, this is the solution. I knocked one star off of quality because it's not an OLED screen (but that would've increased the price).

Excellent companion to the PS5. I have only used the device on my home Wi-Fi so far, so I can't speak to how well the portal travels. Everything has worked great so far, and I love the option to play on the front porch or on the couch while something else is on the TV. I'm glad I purchased this. Battery life is good and the unit itself feels like a quality device. Games do look great on the screen as well.

It has been next to impossible to get this thing when it first came out, but now that I have it, I'm thoroughly happy and understand why this was so hard to get. My only grips is that I wish the wifi would connect to more places, but it's still a great product for me when I am out somewhere else, and able to play my PS5 games on the go.

Excellent for what is it within the playstation ecosystem

I ordered this and made the mistake of placing the wrong shipping address on it I caught it within 30 minutes and brought it to the attention of customer service and ask them to change the address or refund the order so I can place it to the correct address. They changed the shipping address and assured me it would make it there but it didn't I'm being charged for this order and didn't receive the order at all and when I brought it to the attention I was told to bring it to the local authorities and that they couldn't do anything to help me even though it was documented that they sent it to the wrong address
