Okay device for streaming PlayStation 5/4 games at home but if you don't have a good Wi-Fi connection then you're out of luck Plus there are better options accessories the offer the same experience also

Didn’t think I needed to buy a PS Portal, but finally caved and glad I did! Allows me to play games while my wife is watching her shows. Also, I find myself just playing on it anyways even when the TV is available, the handheld feature is just nice. Do it.

Got this gift for my husband, best thing that could have happened to us. He no longer has to travel with his PlayStation and gets to play all the games he has in it on this portable .

Have been using portal for approx two weeks now. Portal was easy to setup and use. Portal for me connects to ps5 fast and with no lag. I have played different games and to date all the games ran well with no lag. So far I am very happy with the portal.

Not a big fan to be completely honest. I bought it because I had moved my PS5 up to the living room on the main floor but still wanted to be able to play down on my man cave/basement. It didn’t like that though. Even though I was on the same network, it would lag to the point of not being able to play. I will be returning it shortly because it’s pretty much pointless for me to have it. I have it 3 stars because it’s a good idea and the one time it worked without lagging it was nice being able to have the freedom of playing away from the PlayStation.

This device only works well if you have a stable and well covered WiFi network. I have an Orbi mesh network and works wonderfully. Very clear and stable image. This PSP feels well built and feels great to play. Beautiful screen as well for being a non-OLED.

Very comfortable in hand, but ps needs to fix latency on fastpaced multi-player online games that is my only gripe. Mine also has issues with both joysticks clicking as your playing which im sure isnt a defect on all but definitely annoying..

If I could’ve given it 2.5 stars I would have, to be fair. First impression, product looks, feels premium until the realization kicks in, that it does only one thing; operates tethered wirelessly & exclusively to your PS5 via WiFi. I wanted to love it but it didn’t work with my wifi eero mesh network even though the PS5 was directly connected via Ethernet. Sony didn’t test every possible WiFi home network of its target audience and I feel as though that is where this product falls short. I am not repurposing my entire household network just for this device to be operational . Not sure why this is selling out but buyer - do your research before buying.

The PlayStation plus catelogue is great. It is trumy fun.

best way to alternately play your games while you can’t use your tv.

I have found this great for being able game from different areas of the house. The switch has been a big win for me because of the mobility, this gives the same experience bit with the ability to play games from my PS library. Big win in my book!

Amazing device good for long trips if you have good wifi connection

My 5 stars is based on the level of happiness exhibited by my grandson when he opened this gift on Christmas.

Bought on for my son and I. Works really well after the latest software updates.

I love this PS Portal. It’s awesome that it can connect directly to my PS5. I can travel with it and use my PS5 as if I’m actually home.

MulitRoom, Multiplayer hook ups and i dont have to interrupt anyone elses tv time. Make breakfast, take a bath, never miss a min of gameplay!

The device works great. You will need to have a stable (not just fast) Internet connection to your ps5 or it will not work as intended. Test connection by using the remote play app on a phone, tablet or laptop first if you want to make sure before buying.
