This was a great Christmas gift for my husband. It connects well to our home WiFi.

When everything works the portal is great but even with a wired connection from the PS5 there is sometimes some image breakup or fuzziness. Overall pleased but definitely have to consider it for what it is.

Fun and served it purpose. If you travel and have good internet connection it makes sense to own.

Great handheld system to play away from home. As long as a hot spot is available can play PS5 games. Only drawback is pulse headphones only method to use. No other Bluetooth headphone can be used. Highly recommend this device.

When it works it works great but when it doesn't it quickly becomes frustrating, but i have had more fun and played more games than before and the frustration is few and far between

Works pretty well. A little input lag to be expected, makes playing Elden a little harder but as long as you have good, expansive WiFi you should be fine

Overall it has been a great little system. Good graphics and nice size screen. Just wish we could download games to it and play it while being away from the Ps5 system.

Great for the road is doesn’t need insane amount of wifi just a good source of wifi. The quality of the playstation portal looks insanely good when streaming

This is a great product and does exactly what it says it’ll do! I have Fiber internet along with mesh network at my house; works flawless. If yours does not work, you’re the problem

Bought for my grandson, honestly he was very disappointed with it. I had bought open box and only had 15 days to return. Did not get a chance to give it to him until that return time was over. He took it home hoping that it might work better at his house, they have better internet. Have not heard if it was better in Louisville.
