Good Product works great in home network spotty outside of your wifi. But it tries to work.

Easy to pair and streaming good grafics ergonomic control volume its good can be better Will be great if you can connect to another tv if your not at home

This is a great product and does exactly what it says it’ll do! I have Fiber internet along with mesh network at my house; works flawless. If yours does not work, you’re the problem

As long as you have good internet and pay the monthly PlayStation network fee this thing is great

Overall it has been a great little system. Good graphics and nice size screen. Just wish we could download games to it and play it while being away from the Ps5 system.

With the schedule I have it’s hard to play games at home, but thanks to this I can play in another room in the house or even when I am at a family event. overall I’m so happy I got this!

Excellent system. Connects to my ps5 virtually anywhere. No lag or issues for me. Speakers are great. Havent hooked up headphones to it yet. Great for a gamer dad that has kids that want to watch thier shows.

Never knew i needed this device until i bought it. I wanted to still game but without sitting in front of the tv. Get to take this bad boy to bed and continue gaming. Amazing device would recommend!

Great product , I just wish it had a better connection with the system itself.

When this thing is connected to good wifi , it works flawlessly. I wouldn't say it's for people who travel around alot as sometimes the wifi connection is so bad it's pretty much unplayable. I went to 1 friend's home and it worked great, went to a different friend's place and the connection wasn't good. So unless you're going to purchase a separate hotspot to carry around, connection will vary. If you just want something you can sit on the couch with in your home or lay in bed, i recommend it.

The portal is great! Just as good as the actual ps5 device. I like using it while in bed relaxing instead of sitting on the gaming chair. Thank you bestbuy!!

Excellent Device I love that it now supports Cloud Gaming as well which made this purchase much more sweeter. My Con that have is that the batter life kind of is awful. Seeing how this isn’t a device made with hardware in mind they could have at least gave it more powerful/Longer lasting battery.

Works pretty well. A little input lag to be expected, makes playing Elden a little harder but as long as you have good, expansive WiFi you should be fine

Very fun to play with and play on the go and easy to set up

Works well. Barely any lag. Can play my favorite games anywhere.
