My sons are absolutely enjoying their portal!!!! Great gift especially on road trips.

Exactly what i expected, the quality of the picture and audio is amazing.i love it.

My only negative is it needs to be able to play all games from your library that you purchase

Just use it in the house to game. Works great but i would assume you would need fast internet

Works seamlessly. Only issue is the delay between the PS5 and the portal.

For anyone who just wants to lay down or be around the house playing the games you can.

Great handheld addition for the PlayStation ecosystem especially when you have people over and/or on the road.

Bought this for my best friend, and he is in love with it, highly recommend for games that you would like to have on the go or somewhere else around the house

Setting up is easy. Fun to use. I can now play my games anywhere during my wife and/or child watches tv or while they're sleeping. Been using as well when I'm somewhere outside the house.

Great addition to an already great console and it only gets better with each update

Works across states as well but wouldnt recommend for online games like cod.

I like the design its easy to use as a long time playstation and controller user comfortable to use and easy to set up, some annoyances that come with it is nothing major or bad enough not to recommend but a bit of a pain when it comes to visual quality dropping with me playing it in another room with constant unstable network connection dropping remote play visual quality

After seeing so many positive reviews and knowing how flawlessly my PS5s run, I thought the PlayStation Portal would be a no-brainer. My consoles are hardwired, so I expected a smooth experience—but unfortunately, I ran into significant lag that made even single-player offline games nearly unplayable. To be fair, this may be a result of my internet service provider, but I tested alternative remote play solutions (like apps on my computer), and those worked without issue. Further I pay for higher speeds and I do not have this issue to other devices. When the Portal did work, I really enjoyed the experience—it has a lot of potential. Ultimately, though, the inconsistent performance was too frustrating, and I ended up returning it. I genuinely hope future updates or hardware iterations resolve these issues, because the concept is great.

Disconnects often, would be better if it had Bluetooth. Good quality, annoying when I'm playing a game and it constantly disconnects.

Ergonomics are real nice I find myself going back to it over my actual controller. Screen is good quality wish it was 120hz maybe next gen.

I habe no complaints works perfectly and display is amazing for a portable device. If yoy need a second screen and want to access your PlayStation remotely this product is perfect!

Very happy, purchased before the update now it has full cloud streaming. Functioning has been improved. Cannot go wrong
