I'm still amazed at how well it works. It helps that I have 1 Gig internet at home and also have the PS5 connected directly to the router.

It’s an all around good item but, when I’m around the house I’m getting constant network errors. All while I have good internet to support this, also it’s not the best if you don’t want to take it out. I would recommend the backbone it has the same features as the portal but you can also play Xbox, steam, or mobile games and to top it all off the backbone is much more affordable.

Works great! I was hesitant but all bugs seem to have been fixed!

Great purchase, make sure you already own a ps5 before you purchase. Its great for when you just want to play handheld mode. Beautiful screen and great sound.

this product is only for the people who want to play PlayStation but they were at a different place or you can be able to play anywhere you go and you can access your PlayStation remotely

If u thought u could play your ps5 games native w/o a ps5 your gonna be very disappointed. Not only do u need a ps5 but also if u wanna play games on the cloud u gotta pay $19.99 for a ps subscription. Remote play on this device is only good if your right by your ps5 if your not it will hardly work. So yea this device for me was definitely a waste of money

Good idea and the product looks great. As many others said, connectivity and lag are regular. You should just be able to connect to the internet and play smoothly. Mine is being returned.

Slight input lag that is perfect for casual games. This is not a device for competitive play. I currently can’t play Alan Wake 2 due to touch input control issues. The “brightness” settings for the light bars and mute button are “on” or “off”. Hardware is great quality; software needs more time in the oven.

I love that this allows me to play my PlayStation anywhere wifi is available. Just something to know your actual PlayStation needs do be on to play it

This device remind me of the first PSP handheld from Sony great remote play can play the entire game just by playing on your hand.

Product looks and feels amazing. The operating system does not run like advertised. Cant even play a single game without loosing connection to the PlayStation.

You need excellent wifi in order to play without A TON of lag. Especially for COD. Games like Resident evil, and God of War are playable with really good signal on hot spot, but the input delay is extremely noticeable. While paired with the ps5, sitting right beside it, and running on 1 Gig fiber optic; the delay is still pretty noticeable. The system itself is great quality though.

Love it only thing that bothered me is that internet has to be good enough or it doesn't work

This thing is great as long as you have good wifi, yes you can use your phone for remote play but who wants to use your phone when you have a portable ps5
