Only thing I hate about this is I can’t buy games from PlayStation and have them download it to this. I don’t have a console, but it feels like I have a console and I could play with my brothers online.

Purchased online for pick up, customer service ALWAYS great, transaction ran smooth. Surprised my boyfriend with this as a bday gift, he enjoys it ALOT! Especially during road trips and layovers. Thinking about purchasing one for myself. Just waiting for the update for GTA5 and hopefully more games will be added as well. Then my bf really gonna love it!

Love it just wish it can play while not at home or away from the PlayStation

It works, I got this so I wouldn’t monopolize the TV, but I don’t really use it as much. It works and flawlessly too, but I am not happy I spent the money. Unless you constantly need to game, it’s a frivolous expense

Works okay. Need a really strong WiFi connection to avoid distortion on screen. Will not work away from your home network.

This beautiful device is stunning. I'm not an online multiplayer gamer. I love playing games with a story. I love putting in a lot of hours on the games story. I have not tested it with online gaming like COD or Fortnite. But if you're trying to beat any game and have people using the tv you usually have to use. It's 100% awesome. I just got all three spider games to grind. IT LOOKS AMAZING. I've put in almost 6 hours of Spiderman Remasterd and had a millisecond of lag one time. It's not it's own system. It's made for people who can't play when their loved ones are using that tv/monitor that connects to their PS5. If you're like me and just play for fun..DO IT..If you want a system that's as fast as a PC...This device wasn't made for that. Mad love to sony for this.

Great way to play my PS5 when im not home. Smooth and easy to use.

Didn’t think I needed to buy a PS Portal, but finally caved and glad I did! Allows me to play games while my wife is watching her shows. Also, I find myself just playing on it anyways even when the TV is available, the handheld feature is just nice. Do it.

I really like using the Portal. It’s great to use when I want to play, but can’t use the TV. The only negative is, when I’m in a hotel room, I can’t always connect to wifi, since most hotel WiFis require an acknowledgement using an internet browser. The Portal doesn’t have a browser built into it. This wasn’t a dealbreaker for me though.

Love this just don’t like to rely on WiFi all the time but it’s great for portable!
