The only two issue i have with this is 1. you definitely will need playstation plus premium for cloud gaming. 2. depending on where you at the game will lag and freeze with a strong mobile hot spot...

Beautiful screen. Uses bluetooth and wifi to set up. Router for Wi-Fi needs to be close by for best connection. If you have the premium plus. You can stream games to the controller with out using the actual PS5. This uses the old PS Now services for this. Its light weight and is gorgeous. Buttons are quite responsive.

I don't normally write product reviews but this one is pretty cool. Yes just like anything it has its quirks and bugs that need to be tweaked but the fact that you can have your PS4 or PS5 in your hand and play whatever is on it or in its library, all you need is a good wifi connection and you can play anywhere. I think this is a great product.

Love my portal. Great for when I’m traveling or visiting my parents

Great looking device, sleek, lightweight and looks amazing. Downsides would be it only has streaming services so you are at the mercy of your connection and lag/latency issues. No twitch shooters or frame perfect fighters on here

I brought this for my son for Christmas but this is something that you have to keep spending on.....you going to need wifi you also have to pay for the plus if you want more then nothing and access to your cloud....to sum it up costly but my son is happy so i guess its okay

I truly love this thing! I travel from time to time and it helps fill the boring hours spent in hotels. I have never had a strong enough wifi signal to play games like COD 6, or GTA 5, but playing slow paced single player games like FS25 is enough for me.

I purchased my portal during the beta phase. I am now able to play game ln the cloud, but I wold have to donnect my portal to my console for other game use. Its best to purchase the premium playstation monthly fee in order to stream games from the cloud.once you pair your console to the portal, you cam play you games on the portal as you have great internet connection. I love the PlayStation Portal but I have a specific use case. My PS5 is in my living room and I want to play PS5 while in the bedroom while watching TV. This works well for this. The feel of the device feels great and it has a nice, large screen. I tried to use things like the Backbone but could never find a screen that was this large that would fix the Backbone. I really need to bigger screen to play these PS5 games. I can see this device could be a problem for someone that wants to play PS5 games outside the home. I have never tried doing this and don't see a use case where I would need to do that at this time.

Well worth the wait. Screen looks great. Feels comfortable in my hands. I would suggest the PS5 hardline to the router. Battery life is good.

If you are a gamer on PS5, this is a must have. Only down side is you need strong wifi. No complaints!
