This is for a small demographic but I feel I am the audience. There are times when I just want to lay in bed and play games or my son is using the TV for something else. I think it works well if you have a decent router, but if you don’t I would stay away because the experience will probably be awful.

This thing is AWESOME !!! As long as you have good WiFi it’s perfect. Even can play games like CALL OF DUty WARZONE. Literally mirrors your ps5 as long as you leave it in rest mode

The portal is a great addition to the Sony lineup of accessories for the PS5. This device is easy to set up and lightweight. The cons for this device is that it has no Bluetooth and internet browser so good luck trying to connect to the internet in public spaces that requires you to confirm a tos agreement to use the internet.

Awesome device especially when you upgrade to the more expensive playstation just wish it was a little more durable only had it for about 5 months of actual use and my son used it and gave it stick drift.

This device is a must have for any PS5 owner! I waited a bit to buy because the initial run of it sold out everywhere. It looks fantastic and the sound is just as great. No longer am I bound to play my PS5 infront of a TV!

This would be better if it was local play but good start. I’ve experienced issues already with network troubles and that was at my house. I’ve only used it a handful of times and it’s been great for playing before bed minus the couple of network issues it had. Overall it’s satisfactory for the price.

My grandson loved the game he got really exited when i got home with it. He plays the game after he gets from school but first he needs to finish he's homework and then he can play the game for only 2 hr.And he is very happy after he plays the game connected to the PS5. It works flawlessly to remote play my cosole when visiting my parents for the holidays, way easier than lugging my console over when staying for a long weekend! No input lag or noticible difference compared to playing on my tv at home. It did take some time to get used to the wider feel of the controls but it is as comfortable as a regular controler.

I leave my PS5 hooked up to my livingroom TV and occasionally move it to my bedroom. I bought the Portal with mild expectations as I knew the latency might be an issue. Tbh, when playing Spiderman 2, i cant really tell there is a delay but when playing Call of Duty I notice it. My PS5 is hardwied and I am using a Ubiquity UniFi UAP-AC-PRO.

Item is very interesting I enjoyed using I recommend.

I like the Idea of this thing, works for what I want it to do which is to play my games when the tv is being used by my nieces. The connection is spotty when in the same room but ok when near the system. Next time I would have just bought another tv.

All I can say is that my 11year old grandson is extremely happy about this gift. He had no idea he was getting this item and for the price it was the Best Buy indeed. He immediately knew how to operate it as to where it would take me years lol.
