Absolutely love using my PS Portal around the home as my ps5 is upstairs in the bedroom, so if the kiddo and wife are downstairs in the living room I can game out while they are using the living room tv. Definitely make sure your ps5 system is hardwired to your internet, it helps the Portal to run much smoother.

I returned the item due to the fact that it didn’t work very well with my WIFI, I’ll probably get a new one from you guys again because of how good the experience was, Everyone was nice and friendly which made the shopping experience how it should’ve been!

The remote works but the wifi is faulty at times. Im not sure how to repair that on the item. When it works, it works well.

Great buy for the price. Now my kids can play while we watch movies and take it on the go.

Extremely convenient for mobile gaming has to have a good connection but when it does. Works amazingly. The midnight is super clean too

My only issue is that I’m not able to stream Netflix Hulu etc. and music. Only than that it work for what it is..

I really do enjoy my PS Portal. But I do have issues connecting to the PS5 at times. Other than that, it’s great.

Good product if you don't have a dedicated TV to play games on. Streaming is ok, but streams from PS5 box - I am not yet able to get games to stream otherwise.

This is a great remote ps5 handheld. It plays all your games you have downloaded on your ps5. The screen is really nice games look great. The ps5 needs to be in rest mode or completely on for the remote handheld to connect via wi-fi .Highly recommend this product if you want to play ps5 without being in front of the tv.
