My only issue is that I’m not able to stream Netflix Hulu etc. and music. Only than that it work for what it is..

I really do enjoy my PS Portal. But I do have issues connecting to the PS5 at times. Other than that, it’s great.

Very cool and nice to have since the beta release. Just wish you could at least listen to Spotify while you play games.

Very useful when I want to play too notch games and my wife is watching TV. Smooth interface and no lag.

Just as the box stated the Portal was in excellent shape. Had all items in box and saved some money what more can you ask for.

I bought an open box excellent condition and it didn't even look like it had been used. The only downside is the Portal has to be on the same network as the PS5 but if you only have on TV it allows you to play without taking up the TV.

Works perfectly and makes it super easy to play anywhere

It is fun to use my only problem with it is when I connect it to my Play station the graphics sometimes get worse so you have to disconnect it and then re connect it but other than that it’s good

Not bad for an on the go game. Cant quite hook it up to my hotspot but all in all not too shabby

[Employee of bestbuy] when i first purchased, i was skeptical. You do need an really good internet connection and it does require your ps5 to be in rest mode, and connected to wifi, but if your ps5 is hardwired to the router, it should be no issue. There was a recent update that makes the portal its on device persay, as long as you have the Premium tier of PS Plus, you can stream games directly from the cloud, no PS5 needed. The catalog right now isnt to big due to it being in beta, but it definitely makes it worth it now

I'm disappointed in this product. WHEN it works its got great picture quality and operation, no conplaints there. The worst part is that it only connects sometimes and I have researched endlessly how to fix it...there are no clear solutions from playstation or anywhere for that matter. I have done all the complicated fixes as well as the simple, I also pay for an extra portable wifi device and line and it still only works some of the time.

Works great no issues with network plays games with no issues

It is a really good item if you spend a lot of time out of the house but the device depends on the WiFi signal on both your PS5 and your portal. If the signal on either are interrupted or poor it doesn’t work well.
