But now it connects, disconnects, connects, disconnects, connects, disconnects, etc constantly. This happens about every 30-45 seconds. Nothing has changed in my household. Search online and you will see other people having similar issues. I did all the recommended troubleshooting but it is still happening. I have had the Portal less than 3 months.

I promptly returned and got my money back. I decided to just send back and order new. Be careful with the open boxs, only buy if you view in person.

Also sucks that u can’t connect to hot spot on T-Mobile network
