Great portal. Sometimes lags but qualirt is amazing

Doesn't stay connected to Internet and when it does stay connected it's sooo slow. I regret buying it.

I want this system to work so badly but it’s just not usable. Ps5 with a high speed lan connection. Portable on high speed WiFi in the same room as the router. Consistent lost connection, unbearable lag in gameplay. It might work for games like the sims but if you’re trying to play anything competitive you’re going to be left very frustrated.

This will be returned. Even in my home where I have GIG internet, there is noticeable lag. This device cannot overcome the limitations of Remote Play. Buyer beware.

Great Streaming Game system!! Its ok with Hotspot.

I got this from the Frederick, Md store and the seal was broken when I was ready to open it. I didn’t take it back to the store because I needed it. My advice to anyone buying, is to check the seals before taking it home.

Great product when you have very good WiFi connectivity.

Meh. Cool device and idea, but the performance lacks. Streaming on the go isn't great. Way too much lag. Nice for playing your PS5 in the next room.

An item was fraudulently purchased through my compromised account and released at this Sherman Oaks Best Buy via curbside pickup. I did not authorize the purchase or pickup. After insisting on answers, I was told that for curbside pickup, ID may or may not be checked, per store policy. A high value item was handed to an unauthorized person with no proper verification. Very concerning security practices.

This device needs God speed internet . Even if you have a P5 it still gives connectivity issues. I couldn’t play one full game without it cutting me off . I have 2 different types of internet and neither one was strong enough for this device which sucks ‼️

I didn't like having only some titles for streaming.

Its ok i feel like the product wasnt ready for the public theres to much lag and frame drops to properly enjoy it
