Love this thing been using for a while. Very helpful to pick up and play a game in between being a full time adult

I really like using the Portal. It’s great to use when I want to play, but can’t use the TV. The only negative is, when I’m in a hotel room, I can’t always connect to wifi, since most hotel WiFis require an acknowledgement using an internet browser. The Portal doesn’t have a browser built into it. This wasn’t a dealbreaker for me though.

Great product. Its a streaming device and with good signal it works perfectly.

The best purchase I made we drove for Mo to New York and didn't need the ps5 console and Yes it connected over 1000 miles.

Works great… now. Once you do the install you have to search Reddit for the pass to get it to finish its install. Was very annoying but works great now.

The overall build quality is solid. Functionality so far is good. When games are streamed the quality of the graphics is like looking at my TV at home. The sound is perfect. I will eventually get wireless headphones and I know the sound will stay perfect.

Great device, worth the price <200$…and you don’t have to be home or near PS 5 to play.. Just leave PS5 in rest mode and connect

It's pretty good the screen is pretty big. Just moves a little slow like it is laggy.

I love it how you could play my playlist on the portal I have a brother who uses the ps5 and I want to play I use the portal best thing

I bought this to take on trips with me and it works flawlessly. I also use it when i want to play PS5 in another part of the house and it feels like I’m not streaming, it feels native. If you do a lot of travel it’s a perfect companion to the Ps5.

This portable device has alot of great features and new updates. I enjoy playing with this to kill time.

The Sony PlayStation portal offers an immersive gaming experience on a small device. The screen is crisp and clear. Battery life is good. Just a pity it does need WiFi or an internet connection to be useful.

Bought it last year and didn’t really use it much. But knew they would release an update to allow you to stream games without having the console on. So now I play it a lot more as a pick up and play when I have free time around the house. Works great with good WiFi. When the wifi isn’t great then it tends to lag or disconnect

The Portal, in my opinion, is for a specific gamer. One that shares the TV with family but would like to game whenever they can. I enjoy gaming while family is watching TV, and I can go outside too. I have not taken it out of the home so I don't know how true remote gaming works on the Portal, but at home the connection is solid. I have not experienced any lag or drops in rate, it is well executed. For my specific need, need to play while TV is being used, this is perfect. I used to remote play on my laptop but that was cumbersome, now it's flawless and very enjoyable.

With the new update it's great for streaming your games from your PS5 to your portal just make sure to hard wire your PS5 to your modem

I managed to get a portal online through BB when they were even more notoriously challenging to get. I am beyond thrilled i did. Great lifespan on the battery, setup is easy, i havent noticed any latency issues either. Well worth it.

Love it so far, just wish it had native Bluetooth capability.

This is so underrated. With the new update make the resolution better and allowing for cloud streaming it’s so much better now. Worth it if you are always on the go.
