I didnt think i would like this as much as i did but its a cool accessory to have to play your PS5 while you’re away from your house

Love it! Makes gaming so easy without hogging my television. Battery life is great, sound quality is good.

You need to have a very strong Wi-Fi connection in order to be able to actually experience the console for what it is. It’s a great concept and addition to the experience of PlayStation five especially if you don’t have a free TV to play on. My personal experience is that the console continues to drop connection to the Ps5. This issue could be due to the Wi-Fi and how many devices may be connected at that time but being kicked out of your game is never good for any gamer. Once again the concept idea and design are all great and comfortable for a real gamer. But if your Wi-Fi experience is not the best, possibly on Wi-Fi six, then you will have a hard time with this.

Wifi is required and tge linked unit must be on at the same time on not being played or this thing is a brick

The PS Portal is an interesting device, the pros are it has a massive touch screen and everything is very sleek. However this only being a portal device and not a portable console makes this only worth about $120 and not the $200 price tag. I only bought it cause of an open box price of $130. The whole thing even has a good operating system and begs the question why it couldn’t be a portable console. If you can scoop one up cheap it’s not bad. However make sure you have a good hot spot or good wifi wherever you go and playing high demand games will cause a fuzzy screen from time to time.

W Item very pog. If you have a way to connect with a hotspot and games that you dont need to be performing at 60 fps its a fun purchase.

I preferred playing indie games like balatro and the children of morta on it. I probably wouldn't play more graphically intense games on it depending on latency and your internet speeds.

I actually returned my PlayStation Portal originally. It couldn’t hold a connection at all. However, several months later, I heard that ver. 4.0 made huge improvements on its stability. I re-purchased to try again, and it has been working magnificently! I’ve greatly enjoyed my Portal and use it all the time.

Great product. Only wish it didn't rely on your proximity to the PS5 for connectivity. It would be great to travel with.

Really enjoy being able to play my PS5 on the go or from another room of I don’t want to sit in front of the same TV my PS5 is plugged into.

This has been perfect for local game play. Can play PS5 without taking over the TV and can play anywhere in the house.

Before buying this product, please do your research about it , it’s not for everyone and as myself though this was the all new PSP or something like that , well it’s not, you can only use it if you have a PS5 with a strong WiFi connection and the both devices in the network connection or else it won’t work and no you can’t be at work or anywhere else and play it , it has to be near the ps5 … it’s more of you being on the living room watching a movie with the family and still enjoying your favorite ps5 games … that’s all
