When I recieved it the outer shell to the box was missing the inside box was smashed in and none if the original paperwork was in it. The portal itself also has greasy fingerprints all over it and a scuff on the controller. After contacting support they basically brushed it off and told me to return it for my refund. They also said they would provide a store credit and coulnt give me what that anount would be then never did so. Needless to say it was returned and I purchased from a local store instead.

The experience was not what I expected and was not satisfied with the Portal. Will wait till Sony makes a portable console that doesn’t need a internet connection.

Finally was able to get my hands on one and i have so happy to have this device. Fits my needs perfectly, it may not be for everyone but as a father who has younger children who are obsessed with Bluey i love that i can game while they do their thing. I have the best internet possible in my area and have had zero problems with connectivity and lag
