Did not work with my bad WiFi but would still recommend to everyone.

Completely usless unless you have a full time wifi connection. Also need premium subscription for a game library if cannot connet to your home base ps5. Using a controller you already have with your system and a phone or tablet using PS remote play does the same thing. Only praise i can give is that it is a controller and screen built together instead of having two seoerate items for charging.

Before I made my purchase, I went into my local Best Buy and tried to purchase it in person but didn’t realize that the item I wanted was a popylar item and hard to get. I then was advise to check the BestBuy.com and sure enough, I got it the same day. Best Buy is the best company and ranked one of the highest customer satisfaction!

Its not worth it at the moment unless you have best internet as possible I have disconnected so many times its not worth the head at the moment as of 12/6/2024

I was excited for this to finally release. Let me preface this with saying I have rock solid internet(wifi or wired). I also own several several electronics that have zero connectivity issues. I was able to spend about 30 mins playing this thing, and spent several hours trying to trouble shoot. It dropped connection from the ps5 over and over. I gave it two stars due to the feel of this thing being great. Everything else about it was a letdown. Save your money.

Awesome platform except it can only be used to screen mirror or stream games from icloud, which even with fast internet is still really laggy.

Took a while to figure out how to get it to stream but now my partner and I fight for it when we go out of state

Excellent ps portal. Good with my internet provider.

There is a lot of potential but unfortunately I was unable to get my network to cooperate with the portal to enjoy lag free gaming.

Got this so my family can play the ps5 without needing to be at my setup all the time. Wish the battery was better but still a good investment.
