The quality is amazing until like someone else in your household is playing a game then your quality goes down.

Overall feels good in the hands for gaming. Problem is latency issues with this product. I have the best internet I can get in my state and tried streaming a game from less than two feet away, this product has a very niche use. I can’t recommend this product for a gift or even to use everyday.Only can recommend for the most hardcore sony fans or collectors.

This is a great idea.... I simply didn't have fast enough wifi to make it work properly.. Too laggy

I bought this with the expectation of using the portal while away from my physical PS5. And it has performed very well in that aspect. I have no issues connecting. I love the feel of the portal in the hand. I have no regrets. Just what I thought.

This item is a Christmas gift for my grandson. However, it arrived on time and the box it came in is in excellent condition. Excited to see him open it.

Connection issues riddle this device. Plug your playstation directly into router/modem. Put this device into it's own wifi or use guest wifi.

I would love if this was able to connect to more wifi like the library or a starbucks or even my hotspot, but ive had no luck with either of those three. My home wifi works perfect with it though.

shipping was great, got here the day after christmas rather than jan 8th. The portal kinda sucks tho it's super laggy since you're streaming the ps5 to the little thing. Works good if you aren't playing online.

This product is very convenient and amazing to navigate through. My son loves it and is having a blast!

Wish games had a way to differentiate settings for ps5 vs portal. Some games, you lower the quality and can play with easy (like Duty). Must have good internet for this thing to work well. If not, you're going to hate it.

Meh. Unless you’re an IT guru, playing this remotely is not going to happen. I didn’t know I needed to “port” anything for this to work and it won’t connect to my hotspot while I’m away so it never really worked for me. I did enjoy playing alone while my wife slept so I’m not on the tv keeping the house up but I got it with the anticipation to play away from home and that never happened. Not for me. Also hate it not being Bluetooth enabled.

Very good product. Good price. Must have good wifi connection at home or wherever you are using it but a very good device.
