When it works its great. But there are too many connectivity issues.

It is fun - when it works. You have to have excellent wifi if you want to be play anything on it. If you are far away from your PS5 then its laggy and unplayable.

It was alright when I went in the store I couldn’t find it but when I was checking out I seen it I went in looking for this product sad part is that it was not a mobile game thing u can’t take it outside ur house

The portal is good for solo games not for fps games. Some are enjoyable some are not

You need to have a ps5, this is a steaming device for the ps5.

When the tv is being watched by others or you want to multitask your viewing, this is great.

I played this on vaction hundreds of miles away from my ps5. Just make sure you have decent wifi.

Zero lag when playing on my phones hotspot at work compared to the slight lag of the backbone.

An item was fraudulently purchased through my compromised account and released at this Sherman Oaks Best Buy via curbside pickup. I did not authorize the purchase or pickup. After insisting on answers, I was told that for curbside pickup, ID may or may not be checked, per store policy. A high value item was handed to an unauthorized person with no proper verification. Very concerning security practices.

PS5 with great home wifi is required! Slow to start up but responsive and fun once it gets going.

Pretty cool hand held, bigger than I expected but not heavy. Hopefully it expands functionality in the future.

Awesome sony product. Kids loved it. Sets up very easy with existing PS5. Kids dont hog the TV anymore :)
