Seriously, it should be the absolute LAST place you buy from. I bought this as a gift, I gave the gift a week later. It NEVER worked out of the box, but Best Buy has the worst return policy ever. Everytike i used it regardless of settings, ut always glitched and stuttered when playing. Never ran smooth unless i was on the menu! Do not recommend this trash!

The functionality of being able to use while your PS5 is in rest mode doesn’t work at all. Very scuffed product that doesn’t function unless you are there in front of your PS5.

And if you want to remove play you can just use your iPad or android tablet and works 10 times than using the PlayStation portal

I tried multiple times that it would work but it has no success. And then I came to return the product then I got to know that the return of the device was 15 days.

If you are going to be home and playing the go for it get it but if you want this to play on the go it’s no good. You can play single games good but multiplayer players game are garbage best way I can put it sorry.
